API not available in Activate and Maintain Services

On SAP web site there is an API that should be available for our version.

The API is API_PURCHASEREQUISITION_2 and should be available for our SAP version : S4HANA ON PREMISE, 2022, Initial shipment

So we think that we should be able to add this API from service maintenance. When we click Add Service, the API we're looking for is not there.....

Anyway, we're wondering why we can't see the new API.

Also, there is a button on the maintenance screen called "Refresh Catalog" and we're wondering if this would permit us to see that new API ? If if it's the case, would it cause problems for all our current active API ? I Guess we would need to validate them all again ?
