API Management Issue on Trial Account

Hello,

We have SAP API Management up and running on our PAYG account.
I will be giving an SAP Integration Suite training to a customer, and they want to use SAP BTP Trial Account for that. I am preparing my presentation and exercises, but after enabling SAP API Management on my Trial account, I am not able to complete the tests with success.
I created the same scenarios from my PAYG account in the Trial, but when testing those in Trial account, I get the errors below. My guess is that there is something wrong with the virtual host in SAP API Management, once I see no entries on API Management Debug after executing the APIs and I get the error when accessing directly the virtual host.
Do you have any clue?
PS 1: for Trial account, I don't have the option in Integration Suite "Settings -> Configure the API Management Service" available - the virtual host was created automatically

I'm experiencing the same issue. There doesn't seem to be a solution yet? This issue was raised Dec 19, 2022

I cannot follow the training material due to this issue. Is the solution to use a PAYG account?
