API Management - i cannot add policies

I am very new to API Management in Integration Suite and i have a problem that i cannot add any policies into an API Proxy.

The screen looks like this - and i can zoom in / out - but the tails for the policy steps remains truncated and i am also not able to select the "+" symbol. I have already cleared my browser cache.

Anybody else facing the same problem and might help me to solve ?

BR Helmut

Using Chrome, I have the same problem.
It works with Firefox or Edge.

fatih.pense : i have received now the info from SAP that their code has no problem. For me the conclusion that due to the activation of the SETools the problem arises. Are you able to check if this can be fixed?

fatih.pense : we have checked the situation while deactivating one extension by another. When SETools are deactivated, the problem does not appear. When we have SETools activated but CPI Helper deactivated, the problem is still there. For me confidence enough that the problem is related to SETools. I keep you updated - as mentioned, SAP will check if the problem comes from their code or it's related to the SETools.

I have opened a case with SAP and they helped me to narrow down the root cause. The problem is related to the Extension "MDPGroup SuperEasy For SAP Cloud Integration" from fatih.pense. They will check now if this a mal-function on the code of Integration Suite or related to code of the vendor of the Extension.

Thanks to parsec and reostat

Hi Helmut! Thanks for mentioning me here so I'm aware of the issue. There is a green bar at the top, so it might also be another extension by 6c74addc374841d587eccd4a68075de8 .

Can you check if both are installed on your browser, or only one of them?

I have found out that this problem gets synchronized between different PCs using my google profile sync. So still wondering where i need to delete some cache of files, but i can work with a different user in Chrome - no problem - but using the same user - even on a different PC isn't working ...

I have tried it with Edge - there it's working. And for Chrome the problem occurs. I have asked another person, and he has no problem - neither on Edge nor on Chrome. So it seams to be some kind of cache problem. Wondering, as I have cleaned the cache already.

Hey Helmut! Have you experienced the problem again? I can't add a policy in Chrome, Edge or Firefox in the Integration Suite right now

Hi helmut.skolaut3,

did you try in another browser or incognito mode?
