Hi,
I´m testing the API Managemet tool, with a recently created trial, creating an API proxy to ES5 (SAP Demo Gateway).
Every time I create and deploy an API Proxy, I get the following error when testing:
The proxy is deployed and the URL is also fine:
Has anyone dealed with this issue before?
PD:
- I have tried creating API proxys to other services, always the same error after deploying, when testing the API Proxy (502 Bad Gateway)
- On Debug, I can´t even see the requests.
- I have no policies applied at the moment.
Thanks in advance.
Mikel

Hi Mikel,
I checked your configuration with the one that I have done by following the SAP guide. The only different I could spot was that I have not checked the box "Trust All" under Catalog Service Settings for the API Provider. Otherwise our configurations look identical and I am able to execute the API for ProductSet and getting 200 OK response.

Netrey

Hi,
I did create my trial today.
When did you create yours?
I thinking this might be a provision issue for newly created trials.
PD: I have tested without the check and I get the same error.
Thanks in advance.
Mikel

Hello,
Assign the following rules on your user:
APIManagement.SelfService.Administrator
APIPortal.Administrator
APIPortal.Guest
APIPortal.Service.CatalogIntegration
AuthGroup.API.Admin
AuthGroup.API.ApplicationDeveloper
AuthGroup.APIPortalRegistration
AuthGroup.Content.Admin
AuthGroup.ContentAuthor
AuthGroup.SelfService.Admin
AuthGroup.Site.Admin
Integration_Provisioner
OpenConnectors_User
PI_Administrator
PI_Business_Expert
PI_Integration_Developer
PI_Read_Only
trial-content-developer
Then try again, APIM should work.

My problem was solved, I sent an email to sapapimanagementinfo@sap.com reporting the problem on the 6th-September,
today 09-September the Apis responded again, I don't know if there was any action from sap for the resolution.
Hi Mikel,
to fix the problem did you have to delete and create a new trial instance or did you just wait for a fix from sap?
tks.
