Analysis for Office workbook is frozen / loading does not stop

Hi,

we face the issue that an analysis for office workbook gets frozen after data refreshing. It says "data is loaded from server", but loading does not stop.

What makes things weird is: Queries are alright. We can build a new workbook with exactly the same queries, filters, configurations etc. and this new workbook loads data in a few seconds. No problems.

But rebuilding workbooks is time consuming.... We did this a few weeks ago, spending many hours in rebuilding, and now face the same issue.

Has anybody an idea how the original workbook can be fixed? Is there something like a cache which has to be cleared or a workbook identifier which has to be deleted somewhere?

It seems as if the workbook keeps on running somewhere and needs to be interrupted. But we have no idea how to do this.
