Analysis for office report opening issue

Hi,

When we are trying to open AFO(AFO version 2.8 Sp4) report from BI launchpad only popup message of download is coming but AFO report is not opening.

Do you have any idea what could be the issue.

can you try running as an administrator on your machine to see if that helps?

Hi Kirti

I have seen this, when the file type (.sapaox) was not correctly assigned to Excel. You can change this manually, but a reinstallation of AfO should also do the trick.

We have sent it for reinstallation and it got successfully installed, but still same issue is occuring.
