Analysis for Office .Net connector issue

Hi Gurus,

I have recently installed Analysis for Office 2.7 in my laptop. The installation was successful and it comes with a pre-delivered SAP .Net connector as well. On clicking on Insert data Source, i am getting the below error message. So far i have understood this has something to do with .Net framework but haven't found a solution yet. Kindly suggest if there is a way to resolve this issue. Any help is welcomed.

Microsoft Excel – 32 bit

AfO Plugin – 32 bit

SAP .NET connector 3.1 (came as default with the Analysis installation software).

Finally this issue was resolved by getting my laptop reimaged as we were not able to find out the root cause.

In parallel please create an incident on the SAP Support Portal. Are you able to share the content of the log file?

Hi Martijn,

I have progressed further, now i am not getting error on inset data source. But on selecting a SAP system and entering the credentials i am not able to proceed ahead. Below error is coming up:

The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

I am able to get below info in the logs.

Could you check SAP KBA 2417315 - Error when logon to NetWeaver Server: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2417315. Is there anything else listed in the Analysis Office log files?
