Hello everyone,
We are working with SAP Analysis for Office and unfortunately some colleagues cannot log in or fetch data from the server. The following window appears and stays open all the time.
Has anyone ever had this problem and is there a solution?
External consultants have advised us to select the preferred platform, this setting has already been done, but this did not solve the problem.

this helped us:
in Excel:
File -> Analysis -> Configure Analysis -> Options -> Platform -> Clear Cache
Restart Excel (might be necessary to kill Excel via Task Manager)

There’s information about a root cause in Note https://me.sap.com/notes/3481865 “The blocking was caused by a change on June 13 on BTP Token API on all landscapes. this change was reverted on June 14.”
