Analysis for office (AFO) cache old values when changing the prompt

We have a case where in Analysis for Office (but also on RSRT) on BW4/2021.

The amounts shown in the report on calculated key figures are wrong. However if we refresh the prompt the values shown look correct.

afo-screen1.png show that the blue column gives a different result from the red column that we calculated manually (I can ensure that the math is pretty simple)

the second snapshot shows that after we re prompt APRIL afo-screen-2.png we can see the expected result in AFO (third snapshot)

This is a problem since our users do not know that at the very beginning they see wrong results.

Looks like a cache issue or something.

Can somebody help? We have recently updated to BW4/2021 version and before we have never had such an issue.
