An error occurs while deploying the Joule capability: triggering deployment failed.

I followed the official documentation to create a simple 'helloworld' capability file. It compiled successfully, but the deployment failed. Previously, I successfully deployed the same capability file(see the pic2), but now it's failing again when I attempt to deploy it with a different botname. The specific execution detail is as follows:

The error is: error: triggering deployment failed (HTTP 400 : Bad Request - File content type is invalid) (code: DEPLOY_TRIGGER_FAILED).

Additionally, I have confirmed that I am logged into my Joule tenant, and my account roles include 'das_developer,' 'das_release_admin,' and 'end_user.'

Did you manage to solve this? I am trying to deploy via the deploy button, but the same error of auth missing, which I do have
