An error occurred while retrieving tokens and URL (Statutory reports)

When downloading a document in the Statutory reports app, we get the message "An error occurred while retrieving tokens and URL". 

There's a note describing exactly the same problem (3164880 - DRC - Run Statutory Reports (F1515) - An error occurred while retrieving tokens and URL | ...)

After going through the note we're a bit uncertain if the app can handle DMS on BTP at all or if it requires content server ("the old way") ? We use DMS on BTP and we're on prem 2023. Please let me know if you have an idea... 🙂

Hi Line C,The Framework is agnostic of the repository configured for storing the generated file . If we configured correctly you should be able to use DMS on BTP for storing the file
