ALV Grid Display Diagonal/Vertical Text

I pressed some combinations of keys and now all ALV's in this system look like this - writing on diagonal or vertical.

Please, how can I switch it back to normal display?

Yes..in all ALVs in the system. In a table or I can switch to another display option but there are transactions where this is not possible, like sm50 for example.

I am assuming it is something from gui display settings but where to check or what?
