Dear Team,

We have observed that some of the use is not configured.

• Working with SAP Cloud ALM and some of the Support Use Cases are showing Not Configured
• How to activate or configure use cases for systems/services
• Landscape Management shows a service has the Use Case is supported but it is flagged as Not Configured

Regards,

1. From SAP Cloud ALM for Operations, navigate to desired Use Case, for example Real User Monitoring
2. Click Scope > Toggle Filter Bar and activate the filters to query the desired system/service and click Go
3. Click the check box in front of the system/service to be added to the Use Case and click Apply (include any system/service to be configured for the Use Case)
4. Click Configuration cog and in Managed Components, set the desired system/service to ON

Note: Landscape Management will now show the Use Case is active for the system/service configured in steps above

See Setup & Configuration information for each use case in the SAP Cloud ALM for Operations Expert Portal - https://support.sap.com/en/alm/sap-cloud-alm/operations/expert-portal.html?anchorId=section_12725305...

I have  Blue (new) services only

Blue New Services or systems in status "New" have no configured use cases. Go to the system details and check the section "Supported Use Cases" to learn which use cases can be set up for the service or system.
When I go to Home/Services & Systems/Identity Provisioning

then eg SAP IPS (cloud)
I see like this

then in  "google" Actions:

@SAPSupport Please explain  How to configure it?

I see hint
To activate the data collection, you must only activate the monitoring in the SAP Cloud ALM app.

but there is unclear where to do it 🙄
