Allocation with movement to layer

Hello, 
I have a dimension for group of CCs, and a dimension for CC.
I want to take a value that is in Group CC (CC#) and using a driver of claims volume allocate the value to CC.

it works.

However, I also have an "allocation layer" dimension (kind of audit trail) and I want to move the result to a new layer in the allocation step. that's where I fail.

This is one limitations of Allocation in SAC where in you cannot have allocation source data, the drivers and allocation target on different intersection of a dimension. It will only work if the drivers are also on same Allocation layer as where the Allocation target will get written to.

Can you try putting the driver values on Allocation layer = 'Allocation step'
