Allocation Step in Data Actions Designer Not Assigning Members as Intended

Hi experts,

We would like to allocate amount from cost centers to a specific cost center by using direct assignment. However, after configurating the allocation, there seems to be nothing happening. We would like to request your guidance on how we should proceed.

Scenario: We would like amount from the cost centers to be in the '120001' cost center. (The blank cost center)
