Alerts using Configuration Validation when a profile (SAP_ALL) is assigned to a user

Hi,

I'm in the process of configuration Solution Manager's Configuration Validation for critical profiles and I needed some assistance. Is there a way to get real time alerts when a user is assigned a profile using just configuration validation? We have setup the alert box and Notifications in Solution Manager, but whenever I assign SAP_ALL to a user, I'm not getting notified. Can someone please assist?

Yes, it is pretty much possible with configuration validation + Technical Monitoring.

Above link has config store for user with secure store 'AUTH_PROFILE_USER' can be used and you can do alerting further on the same.

Thus, it will continuosly perform check with monitoring for that particular system and you will get alert or email as per your requirement

Thanks Prakhar. We've figured out how to get alerts on the critical profiles. We are now having an issue with receiving alerts after I add SAP_ALL to additional users. We can get the initial alert, but when I add the profile to another user, I don't get a new alert. Can you assist?
