Hi,
We have configured CMBA alerts on PI 7.5 Javastack. The alerts are getting triggered for ICo, Adapter errors. However, they are not getting generated for "Mapping-General error". While creating the alert rule in ID all the runtime components and error sources were included under ALERT-TO-MAIL. Can someone please help.

Request clarification before answering.
Hello all,
Refer to KBA 2381478 XPI traces for Component Based Message Alerting and check if you find any further error information in here.

We are encountering the same issue in our PO 7.5. Did you resolved it?

Hello,
Have you added any configuration objects under Basic tab like Business system/component?

In Prod it runs every hour. In Dev - I've scheduled the alert jobs to run every 5 mins, and tried testing it by inducing a mapping error.. But still the alert doesn't get triggered for Mapping General error.

Hi Sneha, As per the configuration done the alerts should be triggered and how often the alert job is scheduled in the Java Scheduler. Sometimes if the mapping is outside the job window it can be missed and also check the alert setup done in the schedule.
