AIF monitoring - Payload not visible

Hi all,

The AIF monitoring is set up for the outbound proxy message. However while monitoring the message, the payload is not visible, it given an error that payload of message with GUID <> could not be retrieved. The trace level, engines and logging parameters are validated and everything looks fine. Can anyone suggest what configuration can prevent payload from being saved.

which engine do you use and how the message is triggered?

I recommend using the XML persistence engine. This normally should solve your problem and the payload will be stored additionally in AIF tables beside of standard proxy framework.

I was using Proxy persistence proxy engine, changed it to XML but still the message payload does not show up and gives same error as before.
