AIF monitoring in SAP Backend

Hi Experts,

This is regarding the inbound messages received from partner systems.. pls see below message flow.. 

Partners system --> SAP PO --> SAP Backend(ECC/S4HANA) 

SAP PO message status shows successful but still SAP backend guys say that message has not arrived in AIF monitoring (not visible on AIF monitoring).. Mostly we are using Proxy/IDOC interfaces.. Can you please suggest where all should we monitor on SAP backend (like sxmb_moni, etc..,) ? pls mention all the tcodes separately for both IDOC/Proxy messages so that we could troubleshoot further? 

Could you please let me know what all should be monitored on SAP Backend until it shows up in AIF?
