Please find the old therad: https://answers.sap.com/....
we have the problem again, but this time very similiar to the Enrico's problem (see the old thread) .
The trial edition instance was set up about two weeks ago. The instance worked well, we have even connected it to our on premise HANA DB. But this week it works not any more.
We could see the same warning like the one of Enrico at the begining. And after a while there was no error or warning more in Data Hub. But the https://sapdatahubtrial/ was not reachable.
We could observe there were some GKE errors in GCP:
Has anybody an idea?
Thanks and kind regards
Yu
Hi Thorsten,
if you have time and interest, I can give you the access to the data hub instance. 🙂

Hi Thorsten,
thanks for the quick answer.
I worked according to the FAQ site (https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPCAL/FAQ+-+General+technical+questions). I can only ping the SAP Data Hub external IP address, but not the Jump Box external IP address.
And I can not reach the jumpbox either SAP data hub instance with the putty/SSH (port 22, connection timed out).
Kind regards
Yu

Hi,
please
a) logon to the jumpbox and run "kubectl get pods -n datahub" => send the list of all pods and their status, e.g. screenshot. Are there any pods not running?
b) Then run a "kubectl get ingress -n datahub". Compare the IP address which the command shows with the IP address you see in CAL. Is it the same?
Cheers
Thorsten
