AEM integration with S/4HANA On-Premise 2022 Initial Stack

Hello SAP Community!

I'm currently working on a migration from traditional Event Mesh to ADVANCED Event Mesh for an S/4HANA On-Premise 2022 Initial Stack implementation. The goal is to enable Enterprise Event functionality in this environment.

However, I’ve encountered a challenge:
🔹 The official SAP Help Portal only provides instructions for S/4HANA 2022 LATEST, but I haven’t been able to find any documentation or support for the Initial Stack version.

🔹 It seems there is no direct guidance on whether Enterprise Event support exists for S/4HANA 2022 Initial Stack, or if there’s an alternative approach to achieve this migration.

Has anyone successfully enabled Enterprise Event on S/4HANA On-Premise 2022 Initial Stack using Advanced Event Mesh?
