Advanced Event Mesh for Central contracts

Hi Experts,

We are implementing Advanced Event Mesh to integrate with our S/4 HANA system for Central Purchase Contracts, following the guidelines from the SAP Business Accelerator Hub blog: https://api.sap.com/event/OP_CENTRALPURCHASECONTRACTEVENTS/resource.

To facilitate this, we have configured the following topics for publishing events related to Central Purchase Contracts:

• (i) ce/sap/s4/beh/centralpurchasecontract/v1/CentralPurchaseContract/Changed/v1
• (ii) ce/sap/s4/beh/centralpurchasecontract/v1/CentralPurchaseContract/Created/v1

These topics will receive events corresponding to changes and creation of Central Purchase Contracts, respectively.

We have also created a single queue to subscribe to both of these topics. This setup has been tested successfully by publishing messages to the specified topics using Postman.

Please see below screenshot that shows test is successful from postman and it returns 200 OK status.

Now, we are trying to create channel with topic endpoints on S4HANA backend but we get the following errors while trying to do so.

Would you be able to guide regarding this ? or kindly help me to know if someone already something similar to push the events for S/4HANA?
