ADS 12 Service Pack 1 download provides incorrect files (partner downloads)

When I download Version 12 Service Pack 1 from the SAP Portal,

The file presented for download is "ADS12001_0_0-81001381.TGZ"

The contents of the TGZ file are a folder called "ebf25723" which contains the following files.

"adsdelphi.exe"

"dataprovider.exe"

"vo32.exe"

This does not seem correct for a service pack 1 of Advantage Database Server. (see screenshots below)

SP1 of ADS version 12 are only an update of this three component.
That means, you can still use ADS 12 without SP1 and only use the Sp1 for this three component.
