Adobe Forms: Color Printing on a OIivetti d-ColorP2226 doesn't work

Hi,

we use an Olivetti d-ColorP2226 Printer. In the SPAD the Printer is configurated as a Color Printer.

If we now print a Adobe Forms on the Printer, which should be colored(in preview it is), it comes out with out Color's(Grey).

Any Idea?

You say "SPAD the Printer is configurated as a Color Printer", but what Device Type? (if Z, please provide details)

I see that this printer accepts PCL, PostScript, PDF. What happens if you switch manually to PDF (see printer user guide how to do it) and print again?

Hi Andreas,

This has nothing to do with your coding. It is your printer configuration. Just check the properties of printer and see if it is set to grey instead of color. 90% this will resolve your issue

Please check report RSPO0022 (or same report from transaction SPOOL) to determine if your Z* Device Type is linked to a .xdc file that supports "color".

Hi,

yes we use a Z Type, wich is a copy from the standart Device type HPLJ4.

We use it to get different Tray settings
