Adobe Flash Player no longer supported for Solman 7.1

Hello Experts,

We use Solman only for EWA. and there is no approval from Customer for SolMan Upgrade.
Now problem is Adobe Flash player is no longer supported, which intern is not allowing us to change the emails(add or remove emails).

Is there any workaround or any fix for the issue. Below is the screenshot:
