Administrator's rights on application losts

Hi,

On my development platform, i'm making some tests about the autorizations, and I seem to have found something odd to me. 

In CMC -> Application -> User Sécurity, It seems I'm able to revoke definitively the access right from the Administrator user doing this:

And then, the Crystal Report app is not even listed in the menu, and I can't restore the rights, even with the administrator user. I confirmed this behaviour on BOBI 4.2SP9P11 and BOBI 4.3SP4P8.

Is it working as expected? Is there a way to restore those rights?

Yes, this would be working as expected.  Once you remove the access for the Administrator login, it no longer has access.  If you have another login that has Administrative access to set permissions on the application where you removed the Administrator user, you can use that login to re-grant the access to the Administrator login.

I don't know of any other way to restore Administrator access other than possibly a repair of your system or a restore from backup.

It is generally not recommended to remove access for the Administrator login.  If you need to do access testing, you should use another loging.
