"Education Tools SAP HANA Interactive Education (SHINE)"

When you start up, the following error occurs and the service can not be used.

regarding this matter I fixed it so I will write it. I do not know which UPDATE is As of November 16, 2017/0, Administration Tools SAP HANA Cockpit " "Development Tools SAP HANA Web-Based Development Workbench" "Education Tools SAP HANA Interactive Education (SHINE)" We confirmed that it is possible to transition / use each screen. I do not understand about cause / correspondence at all.
