Admin expenses transaction code

I have been trying to see a report but its impossible to access it. At first I thought I did not have the right SAP roles but I already requested 3 roles that should normally covert it. This is the code I have ZWBREPCFG88000237 for the Admin expense report. It says it does not exist but my coworker uses it all the time so I'm confused. Is it correct and why am I not able to access it?

I did reach out to IT and SAP support but they did not help.

Dear Victoria,

if your coworkers are using the report ZWBREPCFG88000237,
they might access it from transaction SA38,
and executing it as a program, not as a transaction.
But sometimes even the smallest typo can cause the message
"Transaction ZWBREPCFG88000237 does not exist",
so it is worth to doublecheck with your coworkers each step
if the transaction code is correct, and the used System ID is also the same.
