There are a set of customers that get the following fields completely deleted after they were processed in Start Mass Processing:
Street; City; Postal Code; Region(Province/State); Phone/Fax Number
What's interesting is that our customers are Canadian partners, and when this error occurs, the country code gets switched to US, and sometimes a US phone number gets populated (the phone string exceeds 10 characters and contains special characters such as dashes (-) and parentheses).
Anybody have a similar experience or is aware of this problem?

This must be happening due to some bug in Address synchronization APIs. Better raise this to SAP.

One explanation after a preliminary investigation is that incorrect Time Zone codes were attributed to customers.
For example, a customer in Manitoba, which should have a time zone "MST" would have either "CST" or "EST". When that particular customer is included in a mass update via "Start Mass Processing", the address fields mentioned earlier get wiped out.
Not sure if this is a common occurrence or, as you say, a synchronization issue.
