Addon generated crystal report viewer layout error

Hi,

When I give print command(addon Layout) on a computer, what is the solution?,please help.

FYI, this error only one Computer(Client)

Error:Logon failed. Error in File temp_6c28cbf8-5b75-4eb7-bfb0-7658347658dc 2628_5508_{2FB9523C-4007-42C6-AC74-1475A2559044}.rpt: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

Could you please check if installing SQL Server Native Client 11.0 from the Microsoft official website and install it on your client will resolve the issue as per SAP Note:
