Hi,

I have a problem when trying to add SAP HANA Cloud Platform database as datastore for HCI-DS. The conection test after adding the access-token throw the message: Account and/or Application does not match the access token.

I had the following constallation:

a SAP HANA database named xyz at SCP sap account abc on host hana.ondemand.com.

a SAP SCI-DS instance named hcids2.hana.ondemand.com/
I try to add datastore on sandbox

I ran the following statemen on SCP sdk to generate access token:
neo grant-schema-access -h eu1.hana.ondemand.com -a abc -u myemail@mydomain.com -i xyz -b hcids1:dstest

I tried to use access token for datastore creation on SCI-DS:
Type: SAP HANA application cloud
Account Name: abc
Schema ID: xyz
Database User: myuser on xyz
Database Password: mypassword for database user
access token: the generated access token

Why ever, I get the message Account and/or Application does not match the access token.

Following additional information: We had two subaccouts on differen global accounts:

abc - where HANA Cloud Database is running on (global account X)
def - where SCI-PI is running on (global account Y)
def is an Cloud Platform Integration Partner account (myorg)

over this organization (myorg) I can access hcids2.hana.ondemand.com

mybe a limitation related to two different global accounts?

Please assist.

Hi Thorsten, did you find any solution?
I'm in the same situation with a lot of confusion about how to set parameters..

Thanks
