Add third party Infrastructure managers in LVM Enterperise

Hi,

After installing the SAP LAMA 3.0 SPS 19 Enterprise edition, we noticed we don't have any third-party infra managers for managing storage and other infra components.

Please suggest how we can additional Infrastructure managers in SAP LAMA.

usually there should be a guide/documentation available how to implement each of the infrastructure adapters.
