Add standard Embedded Report in overview tab of custom TI screen at front end

Hi Experts,

I have been trying to add an Embedded Report in overview tab of my custom TI screen at front end level. I have followed the below steps:

1. Navigated to the TI screen of custom object.

2. Started Adaptation mode and navigate to views.

3. Selected overview tab view.

4. Clicked on "Add" and select "Add Embedded Report".

5. Selected one of the reports and click on "Apply".

Here the system is throwing the following error: An error occurred. Try resuming your work. If you still face issues, open an incident on component AP-RC-UIF-FLX-FRW

Can anyone please help me in resolving the issue.

Note: Reports added at backend are working fine but I have issues only while adding them at frontend.

Hi Suneel,

We have seen such error has occurred in the past due to change transaction issue and it was resolved by deactivating the change transaction.

We could see incident is already reported by you for the same error and team is working on it.
