I have a requirement to add rows in the table using the button and then be able to fill the rows by the user.

Is there any way that can be done using scripts?

try this:

add a planning model in the technical components

further, you will have commands available in scripts when you access it. including the creation of new members:

This won't work, since when you create the member the other dimension will be set to unassigned which is not my purpose.
