Add new empty rows in Oops ALV Custom container

I'm creating alv custom container with oops , client wants 10 empty rows in alv container by default... if any data is there in alv container after display the 10 initial  rows wanted also and if I'll add new record in 1st empty row in container for save purpose add new empty row in custom container ...i want fixed 10 empty rows.. please give example code...it has no data also append 10 empty rows for creating new record..I think you understand my requirement..

(Note : don't create custom icons ,it will work only any action based )

I do not understand. Where is the problem? Just append 10 empty rows to internal table...
