Add Extension Field to List not visible in Standard TI screen under Service ticket in SDK

Dear Team,

When we're trying to add the custom field in the standard TI screen under Service Ticket "Add Extension Field to List" is not visible.

I've also tried the Anchor Enable, but that is also not possible.

Please advise on the best way to add a custom field to Standard TI.

Dear sibishakeselvaraj,

The Ticket TI has the following path:

/BYD_COD/ServiceOnDemand/Collaboration/COD_SR_TI.TI.uicomponent

The Timeline section from the Overview tab has an entity named 'timeline' and this contains the operation which allows to add the extension field to section group:

Kindly check if you can add your field then.
