Add a copy email when a PRItem is release to email group

Hello
I am hoping you can help me, I am new to SAP S4 but have worked on "other" packages, we have SAP Private cloud editions
I am configuring a Flexible Workflow for PRItem release.

When the workflow has completed I want to send an email notification to the team that convert a PR to A PO.
I can not see how to add this in the maintain workflow, flexible workflow scenario editor, nor in Email Templates, how is this achieved please?
