Adapt UI activate and publish button not enabled - S4HANA Public Cloud

Dear Members,
I am trying to use 'Adapt UI' for my inbox - all items application in S4HANA Cloud 2308.

However the buttons for Publish and Activate are disabled and I am not able to adapt UI for this app.

These buttons are enabled for all other apps and it works fine.

Please see SAP Note 3368892 - "Adapt UI" doesn't work inside My Inbox application.

Resolution

This feature is not supported in the application "My Inbox".

It is also not possible to add custom field to the view inside the interface of "My Inbox".

Dear Raavi,

The buttons are only available when you make changes to the UI. 

You can see in the screenshot that the status of the UI is "Original App", this status means that no changes were made.

When you make changes to the UI, the status changes to "Draft" and the button "Activate new version" will be available.
