Activation Queue Data not getting deleted

Hi all,

1) For one chain, since past one month, the data gets activated successfully without any request failures but then chain gets stuck and doesnt move forward to next step. Then I have to cancel the running Job and repeat the activation step, then it completes without any problem.

2) I checked the U table and found that the data has never been deleted from it ever since the chain started running inspite of the message that "U table for dataStore Object sucessfully deleted" shown in message logs. It has now 60 million records.

3) But since the problem started one month back, there is no message of "U table for dataStore Object sucessfully deleted"

after "Activation of records from DataStore object successfully finished". Even, Process Monitor option is no longer working.

Could anyone please suggest why ODS activation stucks after the message "Activation of records from DataStore object successfully finished" and does not proceed further? What is the possible solution for this?

Also, how come the data from U table never got deleted? Is it safe to delete the entire data now?

Hi,

Carry out RSRV for this DSO.

Check its PSA table size and if it requires any adjustment there..
