Access to the original BI 4.* videos - Not YouTube

Hi Folks,

Do you know if the various BI 4.* tutorials found here: https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-19231 are available to physically download from somewhere? A BI Customer is interested in using these but its organisation policy is no access to YouTube.

Ideas welcome.
