Hello BOE/BO BI Gururs,
we are about to migrate to a new BI 4.3 system. For some WebI reports that use input control we face the issue that users no longer can use/change the input controls (no longer tables react to click) - all in view mode.
When assigning Administrator group the report works as in 4.2 system.
In old 4.3 we had the same problem and it was solved by providing access level - change formating for WebI.
Was there a change for access levels in BI 4.3. Do end-users require a different access level right to use input controls?
Thanks for all replies in advance!
Best regards,
Axel

Hi Charles,
with the help of SAP support we found out that you have to assign the ACL (that grants the document change capabilitiy) not only on the folder/document but now also directly to the application rights (CMC -> Manage -> Application -> Right Mouse on WebI -> User Security......
Best regards
Axel

We have the same issue. Input controls work in 4.3 if you're admin, but not as a user with View on Demand settings. So it must be down to an acl issue. Can anyone shed any light on which acl to add to the View on Demand access Control?
Where is this change formatting for WebI item?
Thanks
