About the Removal Tool for Maintenance Customers

Dear Customer, 

Thank you for your help. 
We have a customer who will no longer be covered by maintenance, and we have a question about how to handle this.
As a response, we are considering changing the users of customers who are no longer covered by maintenance to unusable,
but are there any tools or procedures on the SAP side for when a customer is no longer covered by maintenance?

Yes, from SAP support side, you can change the users of customers who are no longer covered by maintenance to unusable, or remove or limit certain permissions for the users of customers no longer covered by maintenance.

For further contract-related questions or issues, Could you please contact SAP Order Management by e-mail for the contract-related issue? They do not work within the case application. You can check the KBA 1660069.

If I want to delete a customer on SolutionManager, is there a tool that will allow me to delete all customer information at once?

If there is no such tool, please let me know what steps I should take to delete a customer.
