ABAP Proxy Considerations - Cloud Integration Migration

Hi All,

We have several outbound and inbound proxies in our landscape.

How do we handle changes or new proxy creations after the migration as there will be no ESR.

Can we still use SPROXY or SPROXY_START tcodes in backend to enhance or create new proxies

Hi ..

For those who have not PI/PO in the landscape obviousely , have to model services with Sproxy with consumer proxies / Provider proxies and transport from there.

if you have PI/PO in the landscape, you could keep a specific SWC in ESR which is to identify all the interface going through CPI. When there will be changes, modifications could be done in ESR itself like before regenerate proxy in S4 side and then transport only the ABAP to Q and Prod. No need to transport PI/PO.
