ABAP Authorization check in VA21 and VL01N in SAP SD.

Hello Folks,

We want to implement authorization check via ABAP program and looking for a place in VA21 and VL01N tcode. Kindly help with user exit or routines where we can implement out logic. 

Please note that Authority object check can't be applied on tcode level as we have some custom logic based on which we need to restrict user from accessing tcode .

Okay, you don't want the authorization check at the start, okay, but when do you want to do it, what rule do you want to implement?
