AAK - SSDA - Register creates small size .PAT file

I have created a delivery component and added CR and went through process of object checks and Register delivery request locally. It landed me to SSDA > AOI section and I checked attributes and clicked "Register" button, It generated file of 2349 KB in EPS/IN folder and after changing attributes and click on "Register" button again, it became 22 KB. After removing the changed attribute, and clicking Register also generates 22 KB file.

When I try to install this program with SAINT tool on test system, I get message that “cannot_create_cofile”.

Can any one help?

Check KBA 1509073 regarding CANNOT_CREATE_COFILE.
