When running a planning sequence for an approved budget where amounts are rounded to whole thousands, some customers periodically receive a 500 Connection Timed Out error in the frontend (BI Portal). For the example used in this case, the error occurs after approximately 20 minutes in the frontend and the planning sequence process on ABAP continues to run until it is completed correctly without errors.
I don't see any errors in the log on either ABAP (BW) or Java (BI Portal), related to error 500 for the time period in which the error occurred.
