Hi,
I am trying to Configure by Adding Sub Account in SAP Cloud Connector and I am getting error message "417 An authorization problem occurred when downloading the configuration. Check the spelling of the subaccount name, user, and password."
could any one please help on this

Request clarification before answering.
In my case this issue was caused by the fact that my SAP Universal ID and S/P-user passwords were not the same (there seem to be no synchronization between the two).
I used this link https://account.sap.com/manage/accounts to reset my S/P-user password (I synchronised it to my SAP Universal ID password) and at this point I was able to use it to successfully add the Sub Account to Cloud Connector.

I saw a lot of collegues stack in the same problem.
For them the solution was in this note:

Hi durgaprasanth.vemula,
HTTP Error 417 is too generic and difficult to troubleshoot. As per error statement you could take a look at the trace log file (ljs_trace.log) to check for a more specific thread of errors happening in Java. Look for exceptions that have happened before the error 417. Check the "caused by" lines, usually you will find very useful information there.
If you find something there that you cannot understand, please post it here so we can have a look.
Don't forget to use the "insert code button" here, so you don't paste a huge text in html format - which is going to make things a little more difficult for everyone to understand.
Best regards,
Ivan
