2LIS_02_SCN generating records with reversal indicator = R

Hi All,

We are loading 0PUR_O01 ODS with 5 datasources namely in below order. ODS keys are Purchase order number and item.

1. 2LIS_02_ITM

2. 2LIS_02_CGR

3. 2LIS_02_SGR

4. 2LIS_02_SCL

5. 2LIS_02_SCN

The problem is with datasource 2LIS_02_SCN, it is generating records with reversal indicator =R and it deletes the existing PO item in ODS.

Note: PO item is not deleted in R/3 and still it sends delta records with reversal indicator "R"

I checked with functional team and they said for some item inbound deliveries were created and for some nothing was changed but still we are getting delta in BW with reverse mode.

Please help me if any one have encountered this kind of issue before. Thanks in Advance.

Note: We are on BW 3.x version

Hi Jharna,

This seems to be correct as reversal entries are not required to be shown in report, as these items are not counted while reporting. If you want to see these entries you need to remove these records with reverse indicator further from DSO, so that these records will not get deleted.

Discuss with user  and understand what is required in report is a better option to get solution in your case.
