2LIS_02_ITM did not get the deleted item of PO in ME22N ?

Hi Experts,

We deleted the items of PO using  t-code ME22N.

After that, clear and re-fill the setup table of 2LIS_02_ITM.

The key of transformation and 0RECORDMODE.

Run the DTP of FULL extraction.

The NEW table of ADSO.

Activated the request,  the Active table of ADSO still have the deleted item (EBELP = 03810).

Any step wrong or missing ?  Any mistake of transformation ?

Hi Charlie

in ECC or S/4 you will never have phisical deletion of documents but creation of new documents of reversals- (same amounts with  - sign). So the balance between the two items will be 0. (deletion)

In BW these reversals are flagged by 0recordmode = R . In fact you have in your DSO this typical scenario with a new document EBELN with sign - and recordmode R .

Hi Charlie

The field LOEKZ "Deletion Ind." in the extractor is what you are looking for. Filter on loekz = '' to get only active rows.
