2lis_02_Acc won't pull records with blank/unassigned Account assignment Category

Hi, im new to SAP and i tried to pull data for 2lis_02_acc
Currently the data source only pulled records with Account Assignment Category. While there are still a lot of records with it blank inside EKPO table.
What should i do to get the rest of the datas?

Use the 2LIS_02_ITM to get the rest.

ACC only extract purchase documents with imputation.
